We had the first ELBOW Team day for this academic year in the early October, and it was a great team day. We don’t all live in Helsinki, so we organize every now and then days when we all meet and work together in Helsinki.

As you can see from the picture, we have a new team member! As we were sad to say goodbye and wishing all the best for the new challenges to Annika, we are so happy that Saara-Maija Kontturi joined our team! We will introduce Saara-Maija better soon.

During our team days, we usually begin with editing and commenting someone’s paper, and on this day it was Edna’s turn to offer something new to read for us. After the lunch, we took new team photos for our website and then used the rest of the day planning the upcoming events and publications.

The next team day will be in December, and before that we meet up regularly on Zoom. Great things coming up!
