Our very first workshop To see, to feel, to know – Historical perspectives on embodied knowledge(s) was organised on 3 May 2024 at the University of Helsinki. We, the ELBOW team, were truly happy about the success of our first workshop.

During the workshop, we heard and followed eight great presentations and one excellent keynote speech. The topics were different and diverse, and the discussion around the topics vivid – just how we hoped it to be.

Inspired by our first workshop, we launched ELBOW Talks for continuing the discussion. We are now inviting papers and talks for Season 1, exploring the same topics around Embodied Knowledge as in our first workshop.
